Embroidery deserved a bigger canvas.
We make fleece. For years we watched what happened to artwork after it left the designer's screen and met the economics of domestic decoration. Pricing by the thousand stitches meant every design got negotiated down: fewer colors, smaller size, simpler shapes, safer placement. A rich, layered piece of art would arrive as a brief and leave as a 10,000-stitch logo on a left chest. Not because anyone wanted it that way, but because that's all the math allowed.
On our factory floor, the math is different. Before a hoodie is a hoodie, it's a stack of cut panels lying perfectly flat, and a flat panel is a canvas. Our machines can run 60,000 or 75,000 stitches across it, in vibrant multi-color, placed anywhere the design wants to go, right up to where the seams will be. Then that panel is sewn into the garment, so the decoration isn't sitting on the product. It is the product.
So we opened our floor. CanStitch gives designers, decorators and brands the full canvas: factory-level stitch counts, factory pricing and factory quality, from just 24 pieces, delivered blind to your customer's door.
